Meet Lisa Turner, MSW, LCSW
Lisa Turner was awarded her MSW by Florida State University School of Social Work and holds an active clinical license in the state of Florida and Alabama. She has worked in a number of diverse treatment settings, with clients from all walks of life. From children to professional adults, Lisa has assisted clients in shaping the next stages of their lives while coping with complex mental and emotional issues. Lisa Turner’s resume includes work in adolescent treatment centers, residential treatment centers, correctional facilities, substance-abuse treatment, community mental health facilities, sex-offender treatment and parenting. Her clients have included those with dual-diagnoses, severe and persistent mental health disorders, co-occurring legal and social issues, substance abuse, and victims of trauma and abuse. In these various settings her primary responsibilities have included capacity building, providing individual therapy, group therapy, assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, family therapy, and couples counseling. Lisa Turner has harnessed her diverse background to become the premiere provider of therapeutic services.

After serving clients in a variety of settings, Lisa Turner realized the need to provide services to people from all walks of life, while helping them maintain their busy schedules. As a result, Mrs. Turner offers traditional in office counseling, Virtual services and hours that will help families balance their schedule while improving their quality of life. Melting Walls developed their name as it symbolizes erect walls we build in our individuals lives and family, which create barriers in relationships. We’re here to help.
